This is a synopsis notice of intent to use the already existing FERM BPA to advertise and award Deschutes NF Euro Subsoiling. It is the purpose of this BPA call to secure services for soil productivity enhancement/subsoiling totaling 45.9 acres of treatment (up to 9.9 additional acres of optional work items may be awarded).
