The Government is requesting the purchase and installation of 52 phones through the Weapon Storage Area (WSA)/ Local Display Area (LDA)/ Remote Display Area (RDA) to provide a secondary means of communication and comply with DoD regulations.
Please provide the following products/services (or equivalent product) below:
52 K-1900-712L-EWP Viking hot Line Phone
01 VE-9X12B-1P HEAVY DUTY OUTDOOR ENCLOSURE
52 LPR-1 LINE POWERED RINGER
01 MISC MATERIALS
52 VE-9X12MK-3 INTERNAL ADAPTER PANEL
01 Installation
Salient characteristics:
a. Specs:
i. Similar or equal to K-1900-7I2L-EWP Viking Hot Line Phone products
ii. Must be enclosed
iii. designed for outdoor installation in exposed weather conditions.
iv. must be capable to dial a programmable phone number when user lifts the handset.
v. equipped with a non-volatile memory to ensure the programming is safe in the event of a power outage.
vi. Must be analog hot line with integrated auto dialer and suited for enhanced weather protection.
vii. Equipped with a 12' armored handset with stainless steel lanyard
viii. Installation must be included. ix. training on operation and troubleshooting must be included.
b. Project Completion:
i. Ensure that the corrected telephone lines meet all the required standards for longevity and functionality.
ii. Obtain final approval from 5 SFS/S5IS and hand over all relevant documentation to include final report and any warranties or guarantees.
