This is a Sources Sought Notice. This notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposals, nor does it restrict the government from an ultimate acquisition approach. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is currently seeking sources to provide three (3) 6800 Series Instron EM test frames, three (3) environmental chambers, three (3) AVE 2 video extensometers, and a package of additional accessories. This includes installation of TRIOS software and DSL Router with 4-Port Switch.

All interested sources shall provide a company brochure or list of capabilities, product literature, organization name, address, a point of contact, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, business size, taxpayer identification number, UEI number, and CAGE Code.
