Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote or Invitation for Bid. DLA Troop Support is seeking to identify possible sources that can supply auditing services. Vendors must be part of DLA Troop Support’s Qualified Supplier List Program (DLATS) (QSL).





This acquisition is an initiative for the DLA Troop Support’s Qualified Supplier List Program (DLATS) (QSL). DLA Troop Support is proposing awarding Blanket Purchasing Agreements (BPAs) to Certified QSL Auditors. The Solicitation and subsequent Task Orders issued under awarded BPAs will require the auditors to perform:





a. Site visit to supplier’s plant and observation of all manufacturing and/or distribution processes employed by the supplier with a detailed recommendation regarding supplier’s overall compliance with QSL criteria; AND



b. Examination of all associated records involving the processing, testing and inspection, marking, storage and traceability of the relevant products along with a summary of traceability links for the specific DLA Troop Support contracts reviewed and identification of product samples acquired and later forwarded to DLA Troop Support for subsequent independent laboratory testing.





The BPA Task Orders will be issued by the DLA Troop Supports Ordering Point of Contact (POC)/QSL Team Lead. It is the intent of the DLA Troop Support to award multiple Agreements to be competed on a Post Award basis under this QSL BPA Audit program. Task Orders shall include fixed hourly rate, estimated hours to perform QSL Audit services and estimated travel cost for a total contract period of two (2) years or an aggregate total dollar value of $250,000.00, whichever is reached first will conclude proposed agreement(s)

This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of market research only and the Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this inquiry. The Government will NOT pay for any information submitted by respondents in response to this Sources Sought Notice. If a solicitation or solicitations would result, it/they would be synopsized on the Contract Opportunities website (SAM.gov) and it would be the offeror’s responsibility to monitor the Contract Opportunities website for any such notices.
