Description: Contractor shall provide two North American T-28 ‘warbird’ aircraft for aerial performance and static display. Contractor will arrive no later than 1600 on Thursday 11 April 2024 in preparation for the three performances scheduled for the Wings Over Cowtown Air Show. A full practice performance will commence at 1100 on Friday 12 April 2024 to include a safety and flight brief at 0800. Follow-on demonstrations are scheduled for Saturday 13 April and Sunday 14 April 2024. The aircraft and maintenance complement will be able to depart at the conclusion of the air show on Sunday 14 April 2024.

Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is seeking sources to determine if there are potentially qualified U.S Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a), Service Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), HUBZone Small Business, Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) and/or Small Business (SB) that are capable of providing two North American T-28 ‘warbird’ aircraft for aerial performance and static display.

Submission Requirements: Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by submitting the following:

1) Contractor Information: Provide your company name, address, POC name, phone number, email, CAGE code, UEI number and NAICS.

2) Size of business - Large Business or Small Business. If small, please provide the socioeconomic status.

3) If the services can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle or Open market.

4) A brief description of the capability, resources, technical competencies and organizational experience relative to the key task areas.
