Description

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Seeks Expressions of Interest for Approximately 9,421 RSF SF of Medical Space in Show Low, Arizona.





The VA seeks to lease between approximately 9,421 and 11,000 RSF of medical space with a minimum of 36 parking spaces for use as a Community Based Out-Patient Clinic (CBOC). VA will first consider leased space located in an existing building then new builds, not build to suits.
