The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District, requests letters of interest from PRIME CONTRACTORS interested in performing work on a potential Commercial Services Solicitation for Court Reporting Services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Honolulu District, Fort Shafter, Hawaii. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.
Project Description:
This is a non-personal services contract to provide court reporting services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District, Fort Shafter, Hawaii. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform court reporting services.
At a minimum provide a registered professional reporter (RPR) with the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA), Board Certified Shorthand Reporters for verbatim transcription court reporting, certified electronic and video transcripts, qualified videographer and subsequent recording, videoconferencing capabilities, to include facilities suitable for legal proceedings and equipment for simultaneous participation from up to four (4) locations (Equipment should be compatible with standard video conferencing equipment and various web-based platforms), and a conference room/facility within ten (10) miles of Fort Shafter, Hawaii, suitable for conducting legal proceedings and capable of accommodating eight (8) or more people.
The estimated period of performance is 3-months.
Magnitude is $100K – $200K
Interested PRIME CONTRACTORS should submit the following:
Name of the firm, to include address, phone number and point of contact.
Firm’s UEI Number and CAGE Code, and expiration date in SAM.gov.
Indicate whether your firm is a large business or small business. If your firm is a small business specify all applicable socio-economic categories per FAR PART 19.
Narrative demonstrating capabilities in performing janitorial services for commercial office spaces.
Narratives shall be no longer than two (2) pages.

Responses to this sources sought announcement will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. It is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of potential qualified contractors before determining the method of acquisition.
