The Indiana Army National Guard has a requirement for 132 Storage Room Locker Units with 5 lockers per unit. The contract type for this procurement will be a firm-fixed price contract.

Evaluations Factors: Award will be Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable.

All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF/iRAPT), and be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. Quotes must include CAGE/DUNS number, federal tax number and company's point of contact information. Offers must have the vendors UEI and/or CAGE Code on it for SAM verification.
