Description:



Demolish and remove the slab and foundation of building #1315 and related attachments such as water risers, sewer line risers and power. The house has been removed and the only thing that remains is the slab and foundation. The slab has a footprint of approximately 25 ft by 45 ft and is estimated to be 8 ft high at the back wall. Backfill w weed free material to match surrounding grades, approximately 170 C.Y.. The top 2 feet of backfill should be a topsoil good for the growth of grass. Seed w government supplied seed and put down weed free mulch.





Demolish and remove all of Tree Cooler Cover building #2326 including lean-to, framed in portion w wood framed floor and related attachments such as water risers, sewer line risers and power. Spread existing gravel to match surrounding grades.





Demolish and remove all of Storage Shed building #2307 including lean-to, concrete slab, concrete footings, and related attachments such as water risers, sewer line risers and power. Backfill w weed free material to match surrounding grades, approximately 55 C.Y..The top 2 feet of backfill should be a topsoil good for the growth of grass. Seed w government supplied seed and put down weed free mulch.





The contractor shall notify the COR 5-days before decommissioning to allow time for FS personnel to be on site to conduct a visual inspection of the soil prior to backfilling. Backfill material will be commercial source meeting soil materials listed in Spec 312000 Earth Moving. Place backfill material in layers meeting specification to allow for proper compaction. Backfill with weed free material to match surrounding grades.





Clean up site. All removed materials become the property of the contractor. Dispose of all material off National Forest Land at an approved location and in compliance with all State and local regulations.
