This request for information (RFI) is for the conversion of the Large Capacity Field Heater (LCFH) Type I to Type II and to repair all assets to fully mission capable (FMC). The LCFH is must be repaired to comply with Purchase Description #4520-0130 dated 1 Nov 2001 which is included as part of this RFI. The Government is seeking to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of various members of the community, to include both small and large businesses.
