The purpose of Amendment is 0004 is to extend the Request for Quote (RFQ) response date from 18 Mar 2024 to 01 Apr 2024. Attachment L-7 Quoter’s Questions Submittal Form Rev. 1 dated 11 Mar 2024 is revised to answer the questions received.

The following documents are revised in response to the Quoter’s Questions that were received.

1) Exhibit A QST-35C Statement of Work Rev. 2;

2) Attachment 1 Specifications QST-35C Rev. 2

3) Attachment L-3 Requirements Matrix QST-35C Rev. 2 and

4) Attachment L-4 Quoted Delivery Schedule Form Rev. 2.

Lastly, the CLIN description is revised from accessory to gyro for item numbers 585-01 through 585-05 in Attachment 1 Specifications QST-35C Rev. 2.
