The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Office of the Senior Procurement Executive, on behalf of the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM), Business Operations Center (BOC), has a requirement for Furniture and Relocation Services. This requirement is an 8(a) set-aside.
DOL Headquarters provides oversight of the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of the program for the Agencies. DOL’s goal is to maintain the existing space in a quality state, acquire new space or reconfigure existing space to meet each Agency’s mission, provide space in a consistent manner, comply with statutory and regulatory guidance for use and accountability of space, and to provide responsive services to our agencies.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and nonpersonal services necessary to supply Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) and to perform FF&E related services including but not limited to project management/ coordination/ budgeting; design/ programming/ testfitting/specification; inventory/ documentation; transition/relocation planning and coordination services; procurement/ delivery/ installation; modification/ disassembly/ reassembly to fulfill DOL agency’s relocation, refresh or renovation projects as defined in the Performance Work Statement.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) will result in an Enterprise-wide, single-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract.
The period of performance will be one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods anticipated to begin on June 9, 2024.
Questions are due no later than 2:00PM, May 6, 2024 EDT.
Proposals are due no later than 2:00PM, May 15, 2024 EDT.
