The Navajo Area Indian Health Service - Tohatchi Health Center - Dental Services Department located in Tohatchi, New Mexico, intends to negotiate five (5) sole-source Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with National Environmental dba Buy Indian Medical; Lakota Enterprises; Practicon, Inc; Tulsa Dental Products, LLC and Henry Schein, for delivery of various dental products and supplies inclusive of but not limited to restorative materials for fillings of tooth cavities, treating dental caries, supplies/materials for denture prescriptions, clinical chemicals, various sizes of burs and diamonds, guards, cleaning, disc, blocks, converters and various types of consumable and disposable PPE supplies and cleaning supplies for infection control.

The anticipated period of performance is a base period from the date of award with two 12-month option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339114 – Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of $10.0 million.

No further awards will be made unless the needs for Tohatchi Health Center - Dental Services Department changes. Any other vendors who believe they are capable of providing the delivery of dental supplies and products are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists and catalogs to Tohatchi Health Center. Responses to this notice shall be received no later than 10:00 am MDT on May 26, 2023.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
