THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY to identify sources that can provide the required services as stated in the attached Statement of Work. The information provided in this request for information (RFI) is subject to change and not binding on the Government. The 821 Contingency Response Squadron is seeking potential sources to provide Charter Buses Transportation for pick-up at Travis Air Force Base, California and drop-off at King City, California on 29 April 24 and pick-up at King City, California and drop-off at Travis Air Force Base, California for aproximately 120 personnel, associated luggage, and weapons locked in cases. The pickup times and locations are listed in the Statement of Work. The contractor must be able to meet all the requirement in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
This RFI is to determine the availability of businesses to include small businesses to provide the required services. Responders are avised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued.
Respondents are requested to provide the following information:
1. Business name, address, company representative information
2. Business size and type of small business (if applicable)
3. Cage Code
4. Capabilities package demonstrating ability to meet all requirements and authorization to provide the services in the SOW.
5. Provide input on SOW
