Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:



State: California



City: San Jose



Delineated Area:

Additional Requirements:




  1. Must have a minimum of one ground level roll-up door, which must be no smaller than an 8’ x 8’ and one door for pedestrian access.

  2. Foundation must be able to accommodate weights at least 75 lbs./square foot



Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is not required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
