This project consists of removing the old well house and associated piping and furnishing and installing all new plumbing and electrical in a new prefabricated concrete well house. Work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, demolition, furnishing and setting the new prefabricated concrete well house, furnishing and installing underground water lines and valve boxes, performing water well modifications, overhead and underground electrical work, pressure testing, chlorination of completed water system, well water quality testing, site restoration and commissioning of the system.
