The New Hampshire Air National Guard intends to award a sole source contract to Advantor, Inc for the delivery and installation of upgraded CCTV equipment at Pease ANGB. This is a special notice in accordance with IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 8.405-6(a)(1)(B)- only once source will satisfy the Government's requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 Security Systems Services (except locksmiths)- a small business size standard of of $25M.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotation nor should it be considered a solicitation for offers and shall be posted for ten (10) calendar days. No solicitation packge will be available. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convicing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered.
