The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Contracts Department, Code 02 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Supply contract to provide MK 70 Ballast Kits which are critical to the GQM-163A Coyote target. The contract will consist of a Base Year and four (4) 12-month options, to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The Government will require the following: The Contractor shall fabricate, inspect, test, and deliver the Ballast Kits in accordance with the requirements of the drawings and PWS. A single (1) kit shall consist of the components in Table 1.0. Contractor shall number booster part kits consecutively starting at K1000 and increasing incrementally by 1 for each subsequent kit. Award is expected to be made in the 1st Quarter of FY25, with deliveries and quantities specified in Table 2.0. Place of performance is at contractor site. Delivery destination is: RECEIVING OFFICER BLDG 116, 4522 MCMAHON RD, SUITE 100, Indian Head, MD 20640-5035.
