Refueling Wing intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) to

only one responsible source, Envision Xpress, Inc. per market research. It is in the

best interest of the government to purchase the OSS Equipment Backlog from Envision Xpress, Inc.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 315990 and the size standard is 500 employees.
