Description

NOAA’s Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary Exploration Center requires replacement of a large, double paned exterior window on its second floor. This window was broken, but the frame is undamaged, some remaining glass will need to be removed prior to installation. This facility is located at 35 Pacific Ave, in Santa Cruz CA, 95060.

Located at 35 Pacific Avenue in Santa Cruz, CA, 95060, the 14,000 ft2 Sanctuary Exploration Center (SEC) is the premiere visitor center for MBNMS and for ONMS on the west coast. Its mission is to foster stewardship of Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary by connecting visitors to the water, geology, and life within it; to engender appreciation for maritime and cultural resources protected by the sanctuary; and to highlight the role of technology in understanding sanctuary resources.
