Description

The attached Statement of Work (S.O.W.) defines the scope of work to accomplish the inspection

of two existing elevated storage tanks (buildings 842, 355) and one clear well (building

603). This inspection will determine the conditions of the coatings, structure, and

evaluate all tanks for compliance with current sanitation guidelines, safety, and security

regulations/guidelines in accordance with AWWA, OSHA, Mississippi Department of

Health (MSDH), US EPA, US DHS and all related state/federal agencies. Work shall

include visual inspection and/or the use of inspection technology of the tanks in their

entirety. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and transportation

required to accomplish this work.
