NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE:

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Dallas, TX, hereby gives notice of their intent to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a) to O’Reilly Media Inc. (UEI# JQUJDGS21ZW7) Sebastopol, CA for access to O’Reilly Learning Books online Library Database. The contracting officer has determined in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 8.405-6(a)(1)(B), only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES AND IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY. No solicitation document is available, and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
