Request for Information (RFI)
Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS), which manages and operates portions of the Savannah River Site (SRS) under a Department of Energy (DOE) prime contract, seeks information from parties with the experience and capability of providing a replacement of our existing Commodity Management Center Radiological Monitoring Equipment (CMCRME) enterprise software solution, with potentially, a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) Calibration Management System (CMS) and/or Quality Management System (QMS).
The SRS complex is located approximately 15 miles south of Aiken, South Carolina and is 310 contiguous square miles.
Suppliers responding to this RFI shall include evidence of the following:
- Supplier Capability statement
- Specification sheet
- Past performance relative to subject scope
- What development stack is used (e.g., Microsoft, Unix, SQL Server, Oracle)?
- Is the system designed to be highly configurable?
- Is there an existing and robust API available?
- Provide the hosting options are available for the product (e.g., Client/Server, On-Premise Cloud, Software as a Service (SaaS)

If SaaS:
- Has the product achieved Federal Risk and Management Program (FedRAMP) authorization? If so, what is the Service Model, Impact Level, and Status?
- Is the product currently being hosted/delivered by a FedRAMP authorized, Cloud Service Provider(s) (CSPs)? If so, who is the CSP(s) and what is the Service Model, Impact Level, and Status?
- Are all features/functions delivered in a single product, or is there a mandatory core with add-ons or options provided at additional cost? For buying purposes, what is the structure of the product and what components are mandatory to deliver a basic, viable CMS/QMS?
- Complete and return the attached Functions and Features Checklist.
A supplier's response to the RFI does not guarantee they will be selected to participate in the RFP.
