Description

This procurement is for the award of a Design Build Project to modernize two (2) passenger elevators and one (1) service Elevator located in the Providence Rhode Island U.S. Courthouse. The contractor is required to replace existing motor generators, door operators, machine room HVAC, Hoistway Refurbishment, cab ceiling and lighting systems, as well as other safety items in accordance with the Statement of Work. One (1) contractor will be awarded a Firm Fixed Price Contract.



This procurement will be solicited as a 100% small business set aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2.



The NAICS for this procurement is 238290 for Other Building Equipment Contractors-Construction with a small business size standard of $22M.
