The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the Combat Capabilities Development Command - Armaments Center (DEVCOM-AC) at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to issue a competitive 100% small business set-aside Request for Proposal (RFP) for the award of multiple five (5) year, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts with Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) delivery orders and Cost Reimbursable (CR) CLINS for travel and material costs. This requirement is for Omnibus for Research and Development, Engineering and Support in the areas of Weapons Development, Cannon Development, AT-System Testing/Diagnostics and Netcentric Support. A Sources Sought Notice (SSN), W15QKN-23-X-0ULS, was issued on Sam.gov from 17 February 2023 to 20 March 2023. The anticipated total maximum ceiling value of all contracts awarded is $467,695,552.63. The highest Distribution Level for this solicitation/contract is Distribution Statement D.
THIS SYNOPSIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Further, this synopsis is not a guarantee of a future RFP and should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government. Responses to this synopsis are not considered proposals and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government anticipates an RFP to be posted to Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) and Sam.gov on or about 30 April 2024. The proposal submission date will be forty-five (45) days after issuance of the RFP. If/when a solicitation is to be posted, a Notice ID of W15QKN-24-R-0022 is planned to be used. Interested parties are encouraged to monitor Sam.gov for release of the solicitation. NO TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
