CONTRACT INFORMATION: The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for mowing and maintenance services for Sutton Lake for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District. The Performance will be a base period of seven (7) months with four (4) additional one-year option periods. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Commercial Service type contract with a not-to- exceed amount of $1,000,000.00 over the entire contract period. The contract will be awarded to the offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is within a technical/price competitive range, if established, as determined by the contracting officer and has been evaluated as the most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered.

All responsive quotes will be evaluated utilizing the following technical factors: (A) Management Plan, (B) Quality Control Program, (C) Past Performance, Factor (D) Equipment (E) Safety Program, Factor (F) Cost/Price. Factors A and B are of equal importance. The remaining factors (C, D, E and F) are listed in descending order of importance with Factors A and B being significantly more important than factors C, D, E and F. All non-priced factors, when combined, are more important than price. Thus, price is not expected to be the controlling factor in the selection of the Contractor for this solicitation.

To be eligible for contract award, an Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov. The size standard is $9,500,000 in average annual receipts. This procurement is 100% Small Business set-aside.
