Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Richard L. Roudebush VAMC (RLR VAMC), in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Indianapolis Coalition for Patient Safety (ICPS), for Certification of RLR VAMC as a teaching hospital and health system. NAICS 813290 applies, the small business size standard is $23.5 Million. The Contractor shall provide access to all ICPS resources for certification, for the RLR VAMC, located at 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202.
Period of Performance is for one (1) year August 11, 2023, through July 31, 2024, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of this contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 3:00 pm on August 11, 2023. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. All responses must be emailed to Leiron.Chandler@va.gov.
