The purpose of this market survey is to locate potential sources to provide test & inspect/repair services, reset/overhaul services, technical support, engineering services, DMSMS, Item Part Number Configuration Baseline changes, and lay-in material buy/DMSMS parts lifetime buy immediately upon contract award for the NSNs associated with Guardrail Modernization/Guardrail Common Sensor System, AN/ARW-88. Required services include, but are not limited to: inspect, test, repair, (reset/overhaul if required), verify, preserve, package, mark, and ship Market Survey for Guardrail System parts; satisfy Item Unique Identification (IUID) requirements; comply with security requirements, up to and including SECRET; submit Contract Manpower Reporting data; provide on-call technical support; track, manage, and maintain any provided Government Furnished Property; track part obsolescence; and provide Configuration change documentation. The contractor shall provide technical support for the Northrop Grumman components to Government and Government-support personnel within and outside of the United States.
