THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a request for proposal. There will not be a solicitation issued at this time. The Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), Network Contracting Office 10 (NCO 10) covering the Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN 10) in the States of Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio has a requirement for on-going facilities construction, alterations, and repair of buildings, structures and other real property throughout the VISN 10. The intent of the planned acquisition is to award Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) to perform Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) type construction at the following DVA medical centers and Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) located within the State of Michigan: Lt. Charles. S. Kettles VA Medical Center Ann Arbor MI; Battle Creek VA Medical Center Battle Creek MI; John D. Dingell VA Medical Center Detroit MI; Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center Saginaw MI and the CBOCs whose locations can be found at this link - http://vaww.visn10.va.gov/Sites_of_Care.asp. The applicable NAICS codes are 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors and 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The small business size standard applicable to both NAICS codes is $19 million in average annual receipts. The resulting MATOCs and issued Task Orders shall be firm-fixed priced. All contract work will be completed through the issuance of individual Task Orders for individual projects throughout the cited locations. Each task order will be priced individually and will include its own wage determination. These task orders will be competed amongst the MATOC awardees. The term of the MATOCs will be five (5) years from date of award. Each task order will have its own completion date established. This notice is published to conduct market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) capable of performing the requirements to warrant a solicitation set-aside. Interested and certified SDVOSB companies (SDVOSB registration and certification required with the Small Business Administration (SBA) at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov) responding to this notice shall submit a brief capabilities statement to include: Company name and address, Point of contact with phone number and email address, and Unique Entity Identifier Number (UEIN) of the company.
