Description View Changes

This solicitation is for construction of a new Eclosion and Release module to support USDA Preventative Release Program. The facility will be a one-story structure, totaling approximately 30,000 Sq. ft that will include parking and two new aircraft staging canopies near the existing airport runway. The project is to be delivered via design-bid-build delivery method and is a total Small Business Set-Aside. Proposals will be evaluated using the best-value trade-off selection process.



22 Mar 2023: There are conflicting dates in the posted solicitation regarding the site visit. The site visit will be held on 4 April 2023. This will be clarified in a forthcoming amendment. I apologize for the inconvenience. Interested parties must RSVP to Donald Sumner at donald.c.sumner@usace.army.mil NLT 31 March 2023 at 1700 Central with full name, firm name, drivers license number(s). All visitors will need a valid ID to enter the base.



A forthcoming amendment will also incorporate updated drawings and extend the suspense date for proposals.
