Description

Please find enclosed Amendment 02 which extends the due date to 4 January 2023 and includes changes to the PWS. Deletions in the PWS will be red and have a strike through, and additions will be in green.





Please find enclosed Amendment 01 which extends the due date to 27 December 2022.





This w ork w ill include structural repairs installation a new roof coating, skylights panels, w indow s, overhead doors, electrical service, distribution panels and entry doors. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, supervision and material necessary to complete the project.





This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside that w ill result in one f irm-fixed-price aw ard. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 236220, Size Standard $39.5 million.
