Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Mexico City will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov website when it is available.



The U.S. Mission Mexico requires a contractor to provide Domestic Courier Services for the United States Embassy in Mexico City and the United States Consulates in Mexico.



The contractor shall provide express, next day and economy envelope and small package pickup, transportation and delivery services for the United States Embassy in Mexico City and the United States Consulates in Mexico (as approved by the Contracting Officer).



Pick-up and delivery service to and from the U.S. Embassy and the U.S. Consulates in Ciudad Juarez, Guadalajara, Hermosillo, Matamoros, Merida, Monterrey, Nogales, Nuevo Laredo, Tijuana, as well as the Consular Agencies in Acapulco, Cabo San Lucas, Cancun, Cozumel, Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo, Mazatlan, Oaxaca, Piedras Negras, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Vallarta, Reynosa, San Luis Potosi, and San Miguel de Allende.



The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with one (1) one-year option period, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered.



The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.



The Government is planning a Pre-Proposal Conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.



All contractors are to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
