Description

The 3rd MXS Fab Flight located at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) AK, requires filter maintenance on Bristol Environmental & Engineering Model CD-6626-PSB-82-ARC spray booth facilities as follows.




  1. Delivery and Installation of 34,000 lbs. of 4mm particle carbon to complete the bulk paint booth carbon filter exchange.

  2. Vendor shall Remove and ship old carbon for disposal or recycling.

  3. Install new carbon in accordance with the original equipment manufacturers (OEM) instructions.

  4. Four (4) paint bays in Building 9696 and one (1) paint bay in Building 6263 require carbon filter replacement.

  5. Vendor is responsible for furnishing all equipment and tools required to perform this maintenance task.
