Description

The solicitation for the Grounds Maintenance is now posted with associated documents for submission of your quote.



SITE VISIT: A site visit is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. A primary site visit will be held on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 10:00 AM EST and an alternate site visit will be conducted on Friday, March 31, 2023 at 10:00 AM EST. Only one site visit is required.

The site visit request must be coordinated via email with the Regional Facility Operations Specialist (RFOS), Glen Umberger at glenn.r.umberger.civ@army.mil AND copy Contract Specialist, Deborah E. Terrell at deborah.e.terrell.civ@army.mil; and Contracting Officer at sharon.wilson-emmons.civ@army.mil and Area Facility Operations Specialist (AFOS), Bruce Belisle, bruce.a.belisle.ctr@army.mil.
