The Philadelphia District of the Corps of Engineers on behalf of the Fort Mifflin Project Office intends to procure audiogague testing services for the Dredge McFarland. Upon completion, the results will provide the Fort Mifflin Project Office with areas of the vessel which will require repairs.
The Government is issuing this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation to procure ultrasonic thickness and/or pit gauge readings throughout various portions of the vessel:
All work performed under this Scope of Work shall be in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety Manual, EM 385-1-1, dated 30 November 2014 and other safety requirements specified in OSHA. The contractor shall provide all necessary PPE and provide any necessary containment to allow for performance and completion of the work listed herein.
