Description

This notice serves as Portsmouth Naval Shipyard's intent to Sole Source the following



requirements:



Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) requires an annual Software Support contract for its WASP AssetCloudOP Complete Software 1 Server with 155 Total Users – Production System, along with its WASP AssetCloudOP Complete Software 1 Server with 155 Total Users – Test Server.



This notice of intent to sole source is NOT a request for competitive quotes. The order



will be awarded IAW FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. No hard copy



Request for quote (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. A



determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice



is solely at the discretion of the Government. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only



one responsible source is capable of fulfilling this requirement. HI-Tech Business Systems Inc. (CAGE: 3U6Y7) is the original Equipment Manufacturer’s Authorized Distributor and thus



owns the proprietary data – Licensing , equipment, software and approved



processes required to perform the work.
