Notice: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE, PROPOSAL, OR BID. This notice is NOT a solicitation as defined by FAR 2.101, therefore this shall NOT be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract, nor does this restrict the Government for any future acquisition approach.

All information contained in this initial posting, its attachments, and subsequent presentations are preliminary. Further, its attachments, and subsequent presentations are in no way binding on the Government.

Information submitted in response to this is voluntary ONLY. The Government will NOT compensate for information requested nor will the Government reimburse any respondent for any cost incurred for travel, attendance, or development of submitting information provided to the Government. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor SAM.gov site for additional information pertaining to this Industry Day.

Inability to participate in the Government’s Industry Day DOES NOT preclude any entity from participating in any future solicitations. Moreover, participating or not participating in this Industry Day will not be considered in any future solicitation.

WHO: 124 Fighter Wing / Mission Support Contracting with possible guest speakers from the National Guard Bureau - Operational Contracting (AQ-C), Army National Guard (ARNG), Air National Guard (ANG) and Joint Staff (JS) within Idaho, and the local Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTAC).

WHAT: 124 FW FY24 Industry Day

WHERE: Industry Days will be conducted in person only in Building 710 Conference Room at the 124 Fighter Wing, 4474 S DeHaviland St. Gowen Field, Boise ID 83705.

In Person Attendance: Building 710, 4474 S DeHaviland St. Gowen Field, Boise ID 83705. Please allow adequate time for entry into the facility and check-in. The briefing will be posted via an amendment to this special notice.

WHEN: March 26th 2024 from 0900-1400 hrs

WHY: 124 FW / MSC, ANG and ARNG customers will communicate forecasted acquisition opportunities (FY24-FY27) and discuss how industry partners can engage with the NGB in ID. This event is to provide an opportunity for industry to better understand the requirements of the ID Army and Air Guard and to assist industry in their efforts to do business with them. All businesses (large and small) that are interested in contracting and subcontracting opportunities representing all industries that provide services or supplies related to IDNG requirements are encouraged to attend this event. There is no cost to attend this event.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

To participate in the 124 FW FY24 Industry Day, individuals must register/RSVP to participate in-person. For situational awareness, in-person registration is being accepted on a first come first serve basis. Interested organizations will be limited to a maximum of two (2) persons for in-person attendance. The maximum expected capacity for in-person attendance is currently expected to be limited to between 100 and 150 persons. If you are unable to attend in-person after registration, please contact us at joseph.hupp.2@us.af.mil as soon as possible in order for someone else to take your place. Attendees are not required to attend for the full period of time that the event is held.

Submit your registration information no later than 3:30 PM, February 20, 2024 via email to joseph.hupp.2@us.af.mil.

If you have already provided registration info upon receipt of the initial notification on SAM.gov, please don’t resend your information unless you are requesting an update to your original registration.

In-Person Attendance: For any in-person attendee’s that do NOT have an active Common Access Card (CAC), Veteran Affair’s ID, or Military ID (active or retired), please be advised in order to facilitate base access and meet security regulations then the above registration information is required. In addition, the Installation Access Request form will need to be filled out and submitted to joseph.hupp.2@us.af.mil Instructions and the form are attached to this notice.

You will be notified no later than March 1, 2024 via email if you are or are NOT authorized to attend in-person due to unfavorable findings from your access request.

DIRECTIONS / PARKING: For driving directions please see Attachment 2. Parking is available on-site.

REFRESHMENTS / SNACKS: Refreshments and snacks will not be provided. Attendees may bring beverages in spill-proof mugs/cups.

SURVEY: For offsite meetings and overall feedback see Attachment 3 that will be posted after the industry day and email to joseph.hupp.2@us.af.mil.

Any questions received because of information discussed will be posted/published via amendment to this announcement (to the best of the Government's ability) along with slides presented, and an attendee roster after conclusion of the Industry Day.
