National Cemeteries of the Alleghenies (NCOTA) requires Sewage Treatment Services -- J046
New Sewage Treatment Contract for Solicitation. This solicitation is for a Base plus Option Years.
Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, testing / sampling, transportation/lodging and services necessary to assist the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies in the operation of it's sewage disposal treatment system.
