Continuous Water Supply Maintenance
Statement of Work
Scope of work:
The vendor shall provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, management and supervision to replace membranes, components, calibration solutions, and on-sight training and service that will be needed for VA Plumbers to maintain the Global water system throughout the VA Illiana Healthcare Systems buildings at 1900 East Main Street, Danville, Il 61832

Services to be provided:
1. Replace 31 outdated WQ201 pH sensor electrodes.
2. Replace 31 outdated WQ401 DO sensor /99 DO sensor
3. Replace 2 pH 4.01 technical buffer (1 bottle with 1 liter pH 4.01)
4. Replace 2 pH 7.00 technical buffer (1 bottle with 1 liter pH 7.00)
5. Replace 2 pH 10.01 technical buffer (1 bottle with 1 liter pH 10.01)
6. Replace 3 Zero oxygen std. sachets (10PK)
7. Replace 3 conductivity standard 2,000uS
8. Replace 3 conductivity standard 200uS
Time period
Work shall commence as soon as practical after award
1. Vendor shall coordinate with Michael Miller (COR) (217)554-5994, Kenneth Adams (217) 554-5886 to schedule work prior to arriving at site. Sampling will be done in such as manner as to minimize disruption to ongoing patient activities.
