Contract Opportunity

The National Guard Bureau (NGB) Operational Contracting Division (AQ-C) intends to sole source the subject requirement to the Westin Las Vegas Hotel & Spa's (Westin) preferred provider for audio visual (AV) support, Premier AV, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document is available. However, any interested party that believes they are capable of meeting our requirement may identify themselves but must submit evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement. This will be an unrestricted procurement under NAICS Code 532210 and a period of performance of 15-18 April 2024. It is the Government’s intent to issue a Firm-Fixed Price type contract resulting from this requirement. Offers will not be accepted from any third-party agencies. All responsible and responsive offers received prior to the closing date and time will be considered.

Background: The Government requires AV services for the Annual SPP Conference facility in order to display the speaker’s information and provide ample sound for the large rooms at the conference. These services are required to ensure all those participating receive the information from any point of the large rooms. During this offsite event, the requirements listed below are the AV equipment the Government has identified to be required to ensure this conference is a success.

Due to the size of the event, rooms, and number of attendees, failing to provide AV services would be a detractor to the event causing a breakdown in communication.

The Government requires the following during the conference:

Lighting: (1) Small Stage Wash Package

Video: (2) Panasonic PT-V5750 4500 Lumen LCD Projector, (2) 9’x16’ Truss Front Mat, (1) 55” 1080p LED Display, Confidence Monitor

Audio: (1) Shure UHF Wireless Combo System, (2) Laves and (2) Handheld Microphones, (1) 4-Speaker Sound System, (4) QSC K-10 Powered Full Rage Speaker, (1) QSC Touch Mix 8, (1) Shure MX412D/C 12’ Podium Microphone

Drape: (4) 20’ Tall Black Velour Drape

Labor: (1) System Technician, (2) Setup/ Stike Technician

All interested parties must provide the following data with their responses:

2. DUNS Number and SAMs Unique Entity ID (UEI);


3. CAGE Code;


4. TAX ID# (aka “EIN” or “TIN”#)


5. Business Size (“Large” or “Small”… must be stated in your reply);


6. The NAICS Code(s) your company uses to identify its business size;


7. Company POC, Email, Phone#, and;


8. Proof (no exceptions) – Capability Statement that shows your ability/ capability to meet our requirement.
