This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

xiv. This requirement is set-aside for Small Business vendors. Price evaluation factors will be assigned to those quotes received from Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses that are found to be verified in the Veteran Small Business Certification website at www.veterans.certify.sba.gov. SDVOSB vendors shall receive a 10% overall price evaluation and VOSB vendors shall receive a 5% overall price evaluation.
