Description

This is an announcement for the Consequence Management Support Center (CoMSupCen) Industry Day. This announcement is issued solely for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or Other Transaction Agreement (OTA), or a promise to issue an RFP, RFQ, or OTA. The National Guard Bureau (NGB) is not currently seeking proposals.



Inability to participate in the CoMSupCen Industry Day does not preclude any entity from participating in any future solicitation. Moreover, participating or not participating in the CoMSupCen Industry Day will not be considered in any future solicitation.



The CoMSupCen requirement has previously been accepted into the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program. Market research confirms that the CoMSupCen requirement will remain in the 8(a) program. However, all Interested Parties are invited and welcome to participate in the CoMSupCen Industry Day, so that non-8(a) entities may learn more about the requirement and identify potential teaming opportunities from among qualified 8(a) small businesses.



The United States (U.S.) Government will not pay any costs incurred for travel, attendance, or for any other expenses incurred pursuant to this Industry Day.



All information contained in this announcement, its attachments, and subsequent presentations are preliminary and subject to change. Further this announcement, its attachments, and subsequent presentations are in no way binding on the Government.



It is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor SAM.gov for additional information pertaining to this Industry Day.

Where: Bluegrass Station, 5751 Briar Hill Rd, Lexington, KY 40516, Building #415



*To allow adequate time to gain access to the installation, registrants are requested to present themselves at the front gate to gain access to the installation between 9:00 and 9:30 AM ET. Arriving during this window provides sufficient time to access the installation and make your way to the CoMSupCen Warehouse (Building 415).*



When: Aug 8, 2023 at 10:00 AM ET



Please note, the Industry Day presentation will begin promptly at 10:00 AM ET. A tour of the CoMSupCen operational facilities will immediately follow the briefing. The combined CoMSupCen Industry Day briefing and facility tour is expected to take approximately 3 hours to complete. Opportunities for questions and answers will be provided for during the event.



Why: To provide prospective contractors with an overview brief of the CoMSupCen requirement, to provide a facility tour to gain familiarity with the operational requirement, and to conduct industry one-on-one meetings.



Please be advised that, at present, the Government intends to conduct in-person one-on-one meetings on Aug 9, 2023 at a location and times to be determined. Registrants who desire a one-on-one meeting shall indicate their desire when completing the registration form included in the registration hyperlink (see registration instructions). Interested Parties who express a desire to participate in a one-on-one meeting will be contacted at a later date, in the order in which registrations are received, to schedule a time slot for their one-on-one meeting.



One-on-One meetings are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Based on demand for one-on-one meetings, the Government, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to switch from in-person one-on-one meetings to an all virtual format, add additional time slots for one-on-one meetings on Aug 10, 2023, or to conduct in-person one-on-one meetings on 9 Aug, 2023 and, based on throughput constraints, complete one-on-one meetings virtually.

Interested Parties are limited to a maximum of three (3) persons who may attend, and the maximum capacity for all attendees is no more than 90 persons. If the maximum capacity is reached, then no additional registrations will be accepted. The deadline to register is Jun 30, 2023 at 4:00 PM ET.
