To include, but not limited to providing all parts, labor, materials, tools, and supervision in removal and replacement of existing corroded cleats (qty – 22) and pile guides (qty- 7) and only the necessary related fittings/hardware with same specification components. Ensure large cleats (18” L X 3”H X 2” W) are properly mounted to the pier with sufficient strength with backing plates to hold 40,000 lb. boat. Small cleats (12” L X 2 ½”H X 1 ½” W) are to be installed in the same location with sufficient strength to hold 10,000 lb. boat and may include backing plates. Provide all fasteners, railings, supports as necessary. Metal fasteners and cleats shall be galvanized steel. If necessary, remove bent or loose pile guides, missing pile guides, fabricate, and reinstall with new hardware blocks as is currently installed. Identify any required construction barriers or other measures to be taken to protect equipment and personnel from construction dirt, dust and provide safety during any demolition and construction work. Ensure all cleats, pile guides and related components are all properly installed and are in operating status IAW manufactures specifications.
