Subject: Prefabricated Containerized Modules
As part of market research, the 18th Contracting Squadron is seeking qualified contractors that can provide prefabricated containerized lodging.
Contractors who are interested should respond electronically to the below email addressed by 1200 JST, 9 Jun 23.
The general scope of this project includes the purchase, materials, labor, installation, debris cleanup, and removal of prefabricated containerized lodging and bathrooms that has the capability to support ~ 600 individuals. The containers require low maintenance and are designed to withstand transportation. The modules require efficient methods enabling them to be packed down, shipped, and relocated.
The measurements for the containerized modules are as follows:
Lodging/Bedroom 8’- 0” X 20’ or 40’ – 0” = 24 EA
Male Ablution/Bathroom 8’- 0” X 20’ or 40’ – 0” = 24 EA
Female Ablution/Bathroom 8’- 0” X 20’ or 40’ – 0” = 24 EA

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332311, with a size standard of 750 Employees.
Include the following information in your response:
a. Company name and address

g. Capability Statement. Contractors are advised not to provide a general capability statement without addressing the critical elements below. Please respond to all the question listed below.
Each response to the Sources Sought shall include the following information:
- Must have capability with regards to structural integrity (ability to withstand high winds, Typhoon rated, sufficient insulation to maintain temperature, size of structure, etc.).
- Delivery and installation times. Contractor provides dates to identify the feasibility of meeting installation completion dates ex: 01 Aug 23; 15 Aug 23
- Capability regarding electrical, power generation, HVAC, plumbing, etc., as well as tear down/packing of all provided equipment & shelters.
- Contractor to identify if they can meet all the requirement through an existing Government Contract? If yes, which one?

This sources sought should not be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for any information submitted in response. Respondents will not be notified of the results of any government assessments. No awards will be issued as a result of this Sources Sought. The 18th Contracting Squadron does not intend to award a contract on the basis of responses nor otherwise pay for the preparation of any information submitted. As a result of this Sources Sought the 18th Contracting Squadron may issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ). THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME; however, should such a requirement materialize, no basis for claims against 18th Contracting Squadron shall arise as a result of a response to this Sources Sought or the 18th Contracting Squadron’s use of such information as either part of our evaluation process or in developing specifications for any subsequent requirement.
