USTRANSCOM/TCAQ-I anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 01 February 2024. As a component of the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), the Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) has continued need for intermodal equipment leasing and transportation services, and related container support functions, to include interfacing with Government systems, to meet the Government missions and exercises on a global basis.
In order to be eligible to receive a contract, interested vendors MUST have current registration at time of award, including completed representations and certifications, on the Government System for Award Management (SAM) database found at https://www.sam.gov. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
The Government is contemplating the award of a Firm-Fixed Price with Prospective Price Redetermination (at option periods), Indefinite-Delivery Requirements contract resulting from a Best Value without Trade-Offs.
The period of performance will include a one (1) year base period from 01 July 2024 through 30 June 2025 and four (4) one year option periods.
The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 532411 with a size standard of $45,500,000.00.
