The United States Department of Agriculture- Forest Service is issuing a Pre­solicitation Notice for Culvert Replacement in the Green Mountains Nation Forest in Vermont.



The Forest Roads 73 and 273 Culvert Replacements Contract work shall include, but is not limited to, excavation, removal of existing culvert, layout and construction of the plate arch, stream simulation, roadway reconstruction, and approach work. Forest Road 73 Culvert Replacement is the Base Proposal and FR 273 Culvert Replacement is an Optional Proposal Item.



The magnitude of construction is between $300,000 and $600,000.



This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about January 22, 2024. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov).



This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 237310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $45 Million.



ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
