Medical grade oxygen and liquid nitrogen gases delivered on a routine and urgent basis to Naval Branch Health Clinic (NBHC) Makalapa, NBHC Kaneohe Bay and associated Branch Health Clinics (BHC). Services and delivery requirements to be performed according to Attachment 1- Statement of Work (SOW). Period of Performance: 08 May 2024- 07 May 2025 (Base) and four option years (08 May 2025 - 07 May 2029)
