THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE ONLY AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES.



This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement call request on the



“Region 10 – Alaska Facilities Maintenance and Construction BPA”



This is a competitive request for quotes under a previously issued BPA.



We are not looking to add new contractors to the BPA at this time.

Description:



The intent of this contract is to provide for site improvements and repair consisting of, but not limited to: selective demolition of utilities; trenching and backfill; site electrical service replacement and installation; water service improvements; water line installation; and aggregate pad maintenance, at the USDA Forest Service owned and operated trailer park in Sitka, Alaska.



Trailer pads 2 and 4 were installed before 1974. Pad 5 was likely installed after 1974. The water and wastewater lines for all three pads were likely installed after 1974. The age of the electrical distribution system is unknown.



The above descriptions are provided as an outline of major work items and shall not be construed as an inclusive or complete listing of all items of work under this contract.



The Contractor shall furnish all management, labor, equipment, supervision, tools, materials, transportation, operating supplies, supervision, workman’s compensation, unemployment insurance and incidentals necessary to perform the work in accordance with the specification and provisions of the contract.
