This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.



75H70924OE-007 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for purchase of a Forklift for the Billings Area Indian Health Service Units. This procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures,
