THIS IS A SYNOPSIS OF AN UPCOMING SOLICITATION
The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, intends to solicit quotations for monthly testing services in order to maintain the USDA’s recent National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit; the testing site is located in Stoneville, Mississippi.
Pursuant to Part 12 and Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, the USDA intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or around April 26, 2024. Quotes will be due on or around May 17, 2024. The Government anticipates issuing the RFQ set-aside for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541380 Testing Laboratories and Service sand the associated Small Business Size Standard is $19 million.
Any contractor interested in doing business with the Federal Government must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission of a quote. SAM is a Federal Government owned and operated FREE website located at www.SAM.gov.
All invoices for this procurement must be submitted through the Department of Treasury’s Invoice Processing Platform System (IPP). IPP is a Federal Government owned and operated FREE website located at www.IPP.gov.
